This can involve acquiring premises in specific locations, relocating clients and tenants to assist in redevelopment, as well as working with companies and assessing their commercial property requirements.
We have been acting on behalf of St. George Developments Ltd. in providing advice and marketing regarding the 85,000 sq.ft. commercial element on their 3000 apartment award winning scheme at Beaufort Park, Colindale London NW9. This involved working with the clients and devising a marketing strategy which has resulted in letting and sales, and investment sales, of many of the units. This arrangement has continued and we have since offered similar advice on other mixed-use schemes in Harrow, Stanmore, Wembley, Herne Hill, Norwood and Camden.
Recent commercial transactions have included the letting and marketing of 15,000 sq.ft. of offices in Edgware, 20,000 sq.ft. of commercial use property in Harrow, the relocating of a media marketing company in Clerkenwell into 3000 sq.ft. in an off-market transaction, the disposal and sale of a fashion company’s HQ in SE1 to developers, and then the acquisition of new offices for them.
